Meet the Hollywood Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Hollywood
We’re a small crew, and that’s the point. Every technician who shows up at a door in Hollywood, FL works under the same written standard: Clause 1 pricing before any work starts, a documented photo record when the job closes, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise behind every repair. Marcus Deller has kept the team deliberately lean since 2015 because garage doors fail in specific, knowable ways and the person who diagnosed the problem should be the person who fixes it. No call-center handoffs. No mystery technicians. Just the names below, and a truck stocked for the eight brands we service.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started Servo in 2015 after spending years watching garage door companies send out technicians who couldn’t explain what they were replacing or why it cost what it did. He built The Haven Standard around one rule: show the customer the failed part before quoting the replacement. Marcus still runs calls when the schedule gets tight, and he’s the one who insists every job close with a written price and a photo record that traces back to what the technician found. When he’s not on a ladder in Hollywood, he’s usually working through torque charts for torsion springs or on the phone walking a customer through what a logic board actually does.
Danny R., Lead Technician
Danny has been with Servo for seven years and handles the heavy spring and cable work that most other companies won’t touch after 4 p.m. He’s certified on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and can usually tell from the sound a door makes whether it’s a trolley carriage issue or a failing limit switch. Danny writes his job notes the way Marcus taught him: measurements first, then the fix. He once spent an extra forty minutes on a Hollywood Lakes call because the original installer had mounted the track a half-inch out of square, and the customer’s photo record shows exactly what he found and corrected.
Lena S., Senior Installer
Lena leads most new door and full replacement installs for Servo across Hollywood, Hallandale, and Dania Beach. She works primarily with Clopay, Amarr, and Wayne Dalton doors and is the person on our team who can recite wind-load requirements for coastal Broward by heart, which matters more than people think when a door is facing the weather off A1A. Lena is exact about shimming, about header clearance, about the last pass on weatherstripping. Before she started installing doors, she did steel-frame construction, and it shows in how she thinks about the opening before the door ever goes up.
Tommy M., Apprentice Technician
Tommy is in his second year with Servo and rides with Danny on most repair calls. He started doing parts inventory and now carries his own set of tools and takes point on roller, hinge, and sensor work. Tommy is the reason our trucks rarely leave a Hollywood job for a missing part: he checks the bin count against the work order before dispatch and learned early that a 0.225-inch torsion spring is not interchangeable with a 0.250, no matter what the box says. He’s also the only person on the crew who can still be stopped cold by a gecko in the garage, which Danny finds unreasonably funny.
One Standard, Every Job

The four of us answer to the same clauses, every time. Clause 1 means the price is written and the scope is written before the first tool comes out, and nobody on this crew has ever been asked to “quote on the fly.” Clause 4 is the photo record: the failed part, the repair, the final state, delivered to the customer before the truck leaves. That standard came from a founding rule Marcus wrote in 2015: the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. We carry it through repair calls, new installs, opener swaps, and 2 a.m. emergency calls. Same trucks, same tools, same documentation, same people. That’s how it works in Hollywood, and that’s how it stays.
